Most of our clients train with us at our welcoming NW11 private studio, but we also offer online coaching and a limited number of mobile sessions for those who prefer training at home.
Our programmes cover weight management, light body recomposition, pre & postnatal fitness, diabetes management, strength and mobility, alongside sports massage to ease tension, aid recovery and boost performance.
