At DSR Studios, we help clients in Golders Green, Hampstead and surrounding areas achieve lasting results through expert personal training and professional massage therapy.

Most of our clients train with us at our welcoming NW11 private studio, but we also offer online coaching and a limited number of mobile sessions for those who prefer training at home.
