I believe that much of our physical pain and mental stress can be resolved by connecting with the parts of ourselves that we repress or hold back. I have been a Massage Therapist since 2014, but my journey with Complementary Therapy goes back to my much younger years. Through my own personal healing journey, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience which I incorporate into all of my sessions. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children, so I understand the journey of pregnancy and motherhood and it’s challenges, and I am now learning to navigate the world of ‘Peri-menopause’ (through self-care, Mindfulness, Lymphatic Drainage, diet & exercise).

All this experience I bring to my massages – with the intention of accommodating your needs from a place of empathy and understanding, and holding space for you to bring whatever feelings you have about yourexperience into our session as well.
