A 50% deposit is required at the point of booking. The remaining balance can be paid online or via card payment on the day of your appointment.

❌ Cancellation:
You must provide at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit.

⏰ Late Policy:
Please arrive on time! ⏱️ We provide a 15-minute grace period. After this, a £15 late fee will apply.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment if it disrupts the following booking. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.
