- i have a 15minute grace period for running late to appointments, if you are any later i may not be able to carry out your service, please notify me if you’re running late so i can plan accordingly - new clients must pay a £40 deposit to secure the booking, if not paid within 48hrs your appointment may be given to someone else - no shows will be charged the treatwell no show charge - cancellations within 1 week will lose deposit. cancellations within 24hrs will be charged 50% fee - any issues should be addressed within 48hrs of the appointment so we can resolve them as soon as possible. unfortunately refunds are not available due to product, rent & time has been spent.
