• Cancellations: please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked services.
• Rescheduling: rescheduling on the same day carries a £10 charge; rescheduling to another day within 48 hours of your appointment carries a £15 charge.
• Late arrival: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late on the day, a £10 late fee applies and your treatment may need to be shortened or rebooked.
• Patch tests: colour, tint, lash and chemical treatments need a free patch test at least 48 hours before. Returning clients who choose not to have one must sign our patch test waiver.
