Osteopathy is a holistic, whole body treatment and with this in mind David at Langdon Osteopathy in both Penarth near Cardiff Bay and Barry, looks to treat more than your presenting symptoms. At Langdon Osteopathy the aim is to look at the whole picture and to help you through the initial, often acutely painful phase of your injury, to managing your recovery and rehabilitation so that you can return back to your normal life or even help to improve your health and well-being to levels higher than when you first visit.

To do this Langdon Osteopathy offers a number of different complementary treatment modalities, which can be used individually or in harmony with each other, including sports massage, acupuncture, kinesio taping, personal training & nutrition advice (see Services on our website). This allows us to modify our treatment plans according to our client’s needs.

Langdon Osteopathy’s main clinic is based at Old Penarthians RFC, Penarth and also at The Vale Foot Clinic in Barry
