I am a passionate and dedicated practitioner who believes whole-heartedly that massage is one of the most beneficial forms of self-care. The benefits of massage are vast for improving health and well-being, and I take great pride in offering these benefits to my clients.

I believe that much of our physical pain and mental stress can be resolved by connecting with the parts of ourselves that we repress or hold back. Using massage, we can slow down the mind; relieve physical tension & help to access what lies within our bodies, and by doing so, we can use this new connection – this awareness to make incremental changes that will enhance our lives and our well-being for the long-term.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2014, but my journey with Complementary Therapy goes back to my much younger years. Through my own personal healing journey, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience which I incorporate into all of my sessions. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children, so I understand the journey of pregnancy and motherhood and it’s challenges, and I am now learning to navigate the world of ‘Peri-menopause’ (through self-care, Mindfulness, Lymphatic Drainage, diet & exercise).

All this experience I bring to my massages – with the intention of accommodating your needs from a place of empathy and understanding, and holding space for you to bring whatever feelings you have about yourexperience into our session as well.

By listening to how you are feeling (physically, mentally & emotionally) and through my own intuitive practice; I tailor your massage to give you what you need in the moment.
