I have over 35 years of experience as an Integrative Holistic Practitioner in musculoskeletal acute and chronic pain, who recognises the complexity and unique difficulties faced by each person who lives with pain.

The primary goal of my intervention and management programme is to improve the patient's quality of life through holistic and individualised care by eliminating the root causes of pain. I provide exceptional individualised care, tailored to each patient's unique needs.

I employ a variety of hands-on techniques to treat injuries and acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Some of these techniques include deep soft tissue manipulation, muscle energy techniques, joints and spine manipulation, electrotherapy, light therapy, mesotherapy injections, etc As a holistic practitioner, it is to empower patients through strategies such as pain education, assisted stretching, and physical rehabilitation to enable patients to take control of their health and well-being

Yoga Massage Manchester has been dedicated to supporting physical and mental wellbeing in Manchester City Centre for over 5 years. We specialise in a somatic approach to massage and bodywork, helping you strengthen your mind and body connection so you can feel relaxed, grounded and more resilient in all parts of yourself. Your sessions are held my Beth, an experienced yoga teacher, somatic bodyworker and therapist who will artfully craft your treatment to your body and intention.

Our treatment space is located at a stunning city centre location, within a beautiful historic building boasting skyline views. We're in close proximity to Deansgate with excellent public transport links nearby.

Nearest public transport:

Manchester Victoria station is just a 7-minute walk away, Exchange square, and St Peters Tram stations are closer still. There are multiple bus stops on Deansgate 3/4 minutes walk away.

The team:

Your sessions will be held by Beth, a cosmically curious human who’s been helping people feel more at ease in their bodies for over 10 years. I untangle grounded spiritual practice from new age nonsense, and extract Polyvagal Theory, somatics & psychology from clickbait clinical jargon.

Integrity & congruence are some of my highest values, and I believe you’ll feel that when you’re in the room with me. I live what I offer, and what I offer has been crafted through 1000’s of hours of professional training and personal evolution.

My study has been deep and vast. Along with my Bachelor Degree, I am also qualified as Hatha Yoga Teacher, & Fitness instructor with additional CPD in Counselling, Somatic Movement, Yoga Therapy for Women’s Health and Wellbeing Coaching to name a few, all of which help me tailor sessions to you as a unique being using an integrative approach. My practice is fused with psychology, person-centred values, reverence for the natural world (including our human experience) and the teachings of many spiritual beings.
