Hitanshu is a level 3 personal trainer and Nutritionist (MSc). Additionally, he has received specialised training for a variety of muscles, including shoulders, back, glutes, and legs. Hitanshu is the person you need to see if you regularly exercise in the gym and require maintenance treatment or if you need to focus on a particular muscle for aches and pains.
