I take a trauma-informed approach, with training in Mental Health Awareness, First Aid. I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher in Usui, Holy Fire® III, and Karuna® Reiki. My Japanese Reiki lineage traces directly to Mikao Usui, with just five teachers before me. I trained as a Master of the Usui method over ten years ago and have since studied emerging energy healing techniques. My style is intuitively guided, deeply experiential, and focused on creating lasting change.
