I've been a fully-qualified massage therapist since 2016 and consider myself a deep and empathic spiritual teacher. I identify strongly with the Heyoka empath archetype or sacred clown. I have also worked with Lakota tribal groups gaining personal treatments from Shamanic healers.

I'm part of a monthly women's group where we practice Reiki treatments and clearing energy blockages on each other. I also practice mindful breathing and meditation daily.

I take pride in my dedication and professionalism towards all my clients. On greeting the client I will start by clearing the space using Sage or Palo Santo and asking permission to treat the client making sure they feel safe and ready to receive.

I’m Kerry — a holistic therapist, Reiki Master and sensitive soul who believes in the quiet strength we all carry within.

Kerry Knight Holistic Well-Being was born from my own healing path — shaped by grief, anxiety, burnout, and deep personal transformation. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed or lost, and I also know the gentle beauty of finding your way back to yourself.

This work isn’t something I trained in just to do — it’s something I live.

It’s my heart’s way of reminding you:

You are not too much.
You are not alone.

My intention in every session is simple:
To hold space.
To listen deeply.
To help you feel safe, calm, and gently reconnected to your own inner light.

I offer Swedish Massage and Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage (after first trimester), Indian Head Massage and Myofascial Release.

I also offer Kinesiology which is an approach to health care that looks at all aspects of the body using light pressure to test your muscles and detect any health imbalances.

I am fully insured through the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I have a treatment room at my home in East Sussex but also offer a mobile service within a 20 mile radius of Forest Row. Anything over this radius would incur a small additional charge for travelling and cost can be agreed prior to attending.

My treatments are tailored to suit the individual and with my intuitive approach I am able to source the issue and help to relieve pain and tension in a relaxed environment.

My treatments are approximately 1hr with a short consultation on your first appointment.
