Ben began his career in holistic therapy and bodywork in 2004, studying a range of sciences (anatomy, human physiology, dermatology, microbiology, scientific principles, and cosmetic science) as well as various forms of massage and beauty therapies. During this time he developed his interest in the musculoskeletal system and found that he had a talent for identifying and rectifying issues caused by stress and physical activity, which has become his specialty.

Over the last 14 years, Ben has worked at the forefront of health and wellbeing in London, including a position at the prestigious Urban Retreat spa in Harrods from 2008–2011,all the while building his private practice in Camden. He has consistently attained high ratings based on customer satisfaction and uses a technique personally tailored during his time in the industry.
