Michelle was originally trained by leading international Steiner organisation and subsequently worked as a senior stylist on Cunard Cruise Liner for five years later joining the Regis organisation in the same capacity at the prestigious Tuchwood Hall Mall in Solihul and, most recently, Michelle has been a Stylist at Kimono - Sutton Coldfield's premier salon.

Michelle was also featured on the BBC1 TV prime- time programme which focused on high profile Weddings and Michelle was responsible for bride and bridesmaids hair.
