There is 2 hours free parking on site, you have to register your vehicle with the concierge at 5 Eastfields. There is a number for each parking bay, this is on the ground. The concierge will ask you for the number.

Alternatively, there is parking just outside of the complex.

Arriving 10 minutes earlier than your appointment is recommended.

Arriving for your appointment more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Please note that treatments that are to be paid at the venue, which are no shows will be charged at the full amount. This also applies to attending and deciding that you no longer wish to commence with the treatment you’ve selected. Alternatives may be offered if possible.
