Welcome to Douglas Caird Intuitive Holistic Therapy. Douglas is an experienced therapist, having dedicated over 25 years to working as a full-time professional practitioner. His treatments are nourishing, restorative and balancing and focus on gently relieving physical and emotional build-up, holding and tensions from stress and anxiety. Douglas’s massage (originally Swedish based) can be described as nourishing holistic massage and bodywork in that it intrinsically encompasses elements of all the approaches he works with.
