We understand that plans can change. However, appointments are reserved specifically for each client, and late cancellations or missed appointments can prevent us from offering the time to another client.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your appointment can be made through Treatwell without a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the booked service.
• No-shows or appointments missed without notice may be subject to a 100% charge of the booked service.
• If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arriving significantly late may mean that your appointment cannot be completed, and the applicable cancellation/no-show charge may still apply. If you are more then 15 minutes late your appointment is cancelled and you will be paying the full amount of your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through Treatwell or contact me as soon as possible.

Cancellation fees are applied to protect the appointment time reserved for you and to cover losses caused by short-notice cancellations or missed appointments.
