Douglas’s massage (originally Swedish based) can be described as nourishing holistic massage and bodywork in that it intrinsically encompasses elements of all the approaches he works with. With a wholly person-centred approach, Douglas encourages working in a way in which your session can be tailored to suit your needs on the day and can be changed at any time.
