I have been a Massage Therapist since 2014, but my journey with Complementary Therapy goes back to my much younger years. Through my own personal healing journey, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience which I incorporate into all of my sessions. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children, so I understand the journey of pregnancy and motherhood and it’s challenges, and I am now learning to navigate the world of ‘Peri-menopause’ (through self-care, Mindfulness, Lymphatic Drainage, diet & exercise).

Full payment for your treatment will be taken at the time of booking; only once payment has been received will your booking be confirmed. Payment request details will be sent to you along with a consultation form, which you will be required to complete and return before your session.
All bookings have a 48 hour cancellation period which is agreed to at the time of booking.
