- Cancel within 48 hours and your deposit is non-refundable, as we won’t have enough time to offer your slot to someone else.

- You’re very welcome to move your appointment, just make sure your new date is within 2 weeks of your original one so your deposit can be transferred over.
- If you don’t rebook within 2 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required.

- Missing your appointment without notice will result in the deposit being lost.
