Our founder set up Just So Pretty wanting to modernise and elevate the salon experience whilst keeping customer service at the forefront of everything we do. Each client touch point from enquiry to aftercare has been carefully planned out and designed, upgrading all of the things in between (even down to your toilet trips!)
You'll notice that through our social media, our aesthetically thought out salon environment and events we attend as a team we target our audience specifically. This isn't just to make JSP your favourite fortnightly 'instagramable' spot, it's to make each of our clients feel right at home. A place you can relax and go from 'It's lovely to meet you' to 'How's it going with Jessica from work?' in a shorter time than you did with your best friend!
All of our team are completely self employed with contracts that work for them and their business as we endeavour to see each of our therapists thrive, grow and became business bosses in their own right. Which leads us onto our academy...
Just So Pretty Academy doesn't just teach our students how to carry out treatment, we take each of our individuals from start up beauty enthusiasts to successful therapists that have the sky as the limit for where they want to go, how much they want to earn and how they want to live their lives.
