Welcome to Purnam Ayurveda, founded by Akanksha Kalra in 2019, with the intention of offering a space for meaningful, personalised care rooted in the traditions of Ayurveda.
Offerings include Ayurvedic health consultations, traditional Ayurvedic massages and therapies for relaxation and pain relief, and Panchakarma—Ayurveda’s deep detox and rejuvenation program. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is also available—a dynamic treatment that blends deep tissue massage with assisted Yogic stretches and breathwork. This treatment draws on the shared roots of yoga and Ayurveda, and is enriched by Akanksha's personal yoga practice of over 14 years.
