TUES & THURS - 6.15-7.00am (Boxit Bells - kettle bell session resistance training). TUES, THURS - 19.15-20.15 & SAT - 10.00 - (Boxit Bootcamp intense pad work sessions & partner based drills). PRICES: BOXIT FAST TRACK - £75 - 16 sessions a month including Sat session & check ups. BOXIT BELLS - £55 - 8 sessions a month. BOXIT BOOTCAMP - £45 - 12 sessions a month.

Founder Sarah Lawson trained at Sandhurst, before commissioning into the Corp of Royal Engineers. After spending four years in the Army she decided there was more she could be doing to help people achieve their goals. She set up more2train4 in order to help people realise their potential, aim high, and achieve higher! We are based in and around South London we move to suit you, training outdoors to get the benefits of the fresh air, the vitamin D, and all the benefits that training in the great outdoors brings!
