In a small exclusive group of 12 people max, the high intensity functional interval training Boot Camps are 45-60 minutes long and takes place in Shoreditch Park (N1) and London Fields (E8), Hackney. Occasionally, the Shoreditch Park Boot Camp takes place inside our studio. By working alongside like-minded people who are striving to get fitter, you will get the guidance of having access to one of our illustrious and fully qualified Personal Trainer with the added bonus of encouragement and team-work within a group environment.
