Founder Sarah Lawson trained at Sandhurst, before commissioning into the Corp of Royal Engineers. After spending four years in the Army she decided there was more she could be doing to help people achieve their goals. She set up more2train4 in order to help people realise their potential, aim high, and achieve higher! We are based in and around South London we move to suit you, training outdoors to get the benefits of the fresh air, the vitamin D, and all the benefits that training in the great outdoors brings! Body - Smart training is how you will see results. Our highly qualified staff will tailor your training sessions over a set period of time, making sure you are training effectively and efficiently. Our sessions are fun and varied, so your mind wont get bored, and your body will constantly be pushed outside your comfort zone. Nourishment - You can't outtrain a bad diet. Work as hard as you want in your training sessions, but be aware of eating away all your hard work! We are here to advise you on a healthy eating plan, analyse your food diary, and make sure your diet complements your training, so you can get the best results for your hard work!
