They are certified at level 3 on Sports massage and pregnancy massage, also certified on advanced deep tissue Massage, which is their speciality. They have a background in integrative counselling and although they do not practice counselling during massage therapy sessions, their skills and the knowledge about the unconscious processes, trauma and mental health help them to better support my clients.
