During this time he developed his interest in the musculoskeletal system and found that he had a talent for identifying and rectifying issues caused by stress and physical activity, which has become his specialty. Over the last 14 years, Ben has worked at the forefront of health and wellbeing in London, including a position at the prestigious Urban Retreat spa in Harrods from 2008–2011,all the while building his private practice in Camden. He has consistently attained high ratings based on customer satisfaction and uses a technique personally tailored during his time in the industry. Ben is also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists: the largest and leading professional association for therapists in the UK and Ireland. Ben is friendly, highly professional, and puts his clients at immediate ease. He believes that mental and physical well-being go hand in hand, transforming the way people feel and restoring balance.
