I am a qualified Aesthetics Therapist and Soft Tissue Therapist with over a decade of experience in holistic health and wellness. A lifelong runner, especially drawn to long-distance and mountain running where I’ve cultivated a profound awareness of the body in motion. I understand the emotional and physical toll that unresolved pain, trauma, and inadequate rehabilitation can have on daily life. That’s why this year I decided to continue my studies at the London School of Osteopathy, embarking on a journey towards becoming an osteopath.”
