If you can no longer make your appointment, kindly allow at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness, at the therapist’s discretion.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is unfit for massage, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to the therapist’s safety.
