You must book under your full name so security can grant access.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment so previous sessions are not disturbed. You will always receive your full treatment time on the table.
Late/no show
If you are late, your appointment will finish at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited at the full fee.
