- 1. Cancellation / Rescheduling of appointments: They require a 48-hour notice from the allocated appointment time to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the online pre-paid amount.
- 2. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the prepaid amount will be forfeited.
- 3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, they will do their best to accommodate you within the remaining allocated appointment time, however, this may reduce your treatment. If a rescheduled appointment is required due to lateness, this may be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in the loss of the prepaid amount.
- 4. Cancellation by Natural Holistic Co: In the unlikely event that they need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to a conflict of availability or change in circumstances, they will make every effort to rearrange your appointment at the earliest convenient date.
- 5. Solo Appointments Only: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and respect the privacy of all clients, they kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Unfortunately, they cannot accommodate additional guests, including friends, partners, or children.
- 6. Children in the Studio: While they love little ones, their space is not child-proof or suitable for children to wait during your treatment. For safety and to avoid disruptions, they do not allow children to accompany you to appointments.
- 7. Respecting Everyone’s Experience: They aim to give each client their full attention in a calm environment. Your cooperation with these policies ensures the best possible experience for you and others.
