My practice is dedicated to supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, motherhood and postnatal recovery. I provide specialised prenatal and postnatal massage, together with ScarWork therapy for injury and post-operative scars, including caesarean-section scars.

My approach is centred around thoughtful, personalised care — supporting your body through the physical changes of pregnancy, recovery after birth, and the process of reconnecting with your body as you move into motherhood. Treatments are designed to ease physical tension and discomfort, support mobility and recovery, and promote a greater sense of comfort and wellbeing.

Every appointment begins with a considered consultation, allowing me to understand how you are feeling, what has changed, and what your body needs on the day. Your treatment is then carefully tailored to you, with each session delivered with precision, professionalism and genuine care.

ScarWork therapy is also offered for post-operative and injury scars, including caesarean-section scars, with the aim of supporting the surrounding tissues, improving comfort and mobility, and helping you feel more at ease in your body.

While pregnancy, postnatal care and the motherhood journey are at the heart of my practice, I also welcome both women and men for therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and sports massage.
