Women’s bodies move through intricate cycles of change, each phase bringing its own unique needs and challenges. It can be a complex and often isolating journey, but it doesn’t have to be.I am deeply passionate about supporting women through every stage of life with compassionate, patient centred care from menstrual health and preconception planning to fertility support, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum recovery, and menopause.During my studies at the esteemed College of Integrated Chinese medicine, my dissertation explored how acupuncture can ease the symptoms of PMDD and through that research, it became clear just how significant the gap in support truly is. Too many symptoms that women experience daily are dismissed as “normal” by medical professionals and society alike, when in reality, they are anything but.The Healing Space was created to change that. This is a place where your experience is validated, your symptoms are taken seriously, and you are never made to feel like you have to suffer in silence.
