My journey into energy healing began in 2012 when I discovered Reiki during a difficult period of insomnia, anxiety, and adrenal fatigue. It transformed my mental health, my physical wellbeing, and even supported me through a high-risk pregnancy where I used Reiki daily for both myself and my daughter, Demi.
