Use of the Spa facilities come at a separate charge and is not included with booked treatements. You will have up to 2 hours use of sauna and steam room facilities, before or after your treatment. Please collect your spa wristband when you arrive at the front main reception desk before coming into the Spa. We advise you to bring swimwear, and flip flops with you to use the facilities and a padlock for the lockers. Towels are not provided unless you have booked a Spa day package. Please note that the Spa facilities are closed Monday – Friday between 12pm – 1pm and 4pm-5pm. Saturday & Sunday 12pm-1pm for cleaning during this time you can use the swimming pool facilities while the Spa is closed or you can sit in the Café area. I began my training at the London College of Beauty Therapy in 2008 and started my career as a beauty therapist at the Urban Retreat in Harrods. I then moved on to a spa environment, working at The Sanctuary in Covent Garden, followed by the Heaven V Spa in the Virgin Active Health Club.
When I was 22 I decided it was time to open up my own salon and had been renting a room in Beckenham for the last 7 years. Moving forward I have made the decision to work from the family home and in due course will be building my very own beauty log cabin.
After 11 years in the beauty industry, I have gained invaluable experience and greatly developed my skills. I am very passionate about my career and continue to grow my knowledge of new products and training, in order to give my clients the very latest treatments on the market.
