Housed within Emperors Health Club, in the heart of the city, YO1Wellness specialises in injury treatment, rehabilitation plans and personalised sports massage.

The centre was founded by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has put a firm footprint in the area for results based, high-quality therapy.

As with the rest of the team, Steve creates fully personalised treatment plans for athletes, part-time gym goers and clients with occupational injuries alike. Enabling each to return to full physical fitness with a better understanding to follow.
