Zen Monki Healing offers personalised Reiki, breathwork and Yin Yoga sessions, bringing a calm, caring and considered approach to wellbeing directly to you.

We begin with you — what you are experiencing, your intentions and what you want to change. Following a complimentary 15-minute consultation, I create a practice around your individual needs and goals, drawing on the approaches most appropriate for you.

Your session may include Reiki energy healing, breathwork and Pranayama, Yin Yoga, meditation, mindful movement and stillness. Rather than following a fixed treatment, each session is shaped around you and can evolve as your needs change.

The philosophy behind Zen Monki is simple: quiet the monkey mind — creating space to step away from the demands of everyday life, restore balance and reconnect with yourself.

Sessions are available across London Zones 1–3. Other London zones may also be available on request, subject to an additional travel charge.
