At PEMFiT, our mission is to invigorate the heart of the City of London with our ground-breaking, world-leading Pulsing Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) machines, providing cellular exercise. The relaxing 40-minute sessions utilise safe, non-invasive and non-medical Pulse XL Pro PEMF machines. It works to support the body’s natural recovery and stimulates cellular activity [2] to enhance overall well-being. PEMF is a soothing and restorative modality [4,5] and the body’s holistic nature uses PEMF as a catalyst for full-body energy. [6,7]

Go With The Flow Massage is headed by Sarah, an independent therapist who loves to help people who want to help themselves. There are no back-to-back treatments or busy salon atmosphere as Sarah prefers to take the time to treat each client as an individual.
Her massage style has been described as, 'A cross between Deep Tissue and Swedish massage'; aiming to aid relaxation as well as the therapeutic release of muscle tension.
Learning to relax fully releases powerful endorphins which continue to heal well after a treatment has finished, counteracting the very causes of tension. This is why techniques are combined, to help induce a state of slumber whilst also manipulating out stored tensions.
A good massage should leave you feeling freer in tight areas whilst also help to 'switch gear' to a peaceful, more content state.
Sarah believes that you know your body best so encourages you to guide each treatment so that it may be catered to suit your individual requirements.
Massage should not be painful: pain creates tension which undermines the objectives of the treatment.
