Originally founded in 2021 in London and still running, SKYNN Curated by Chen is a boutique home aesthetics studio in Hertford.

SKYNN is built on the belief that enhancement should look natural, effortless and timeless.

I take an individual approach to subtly refine your features — never chasing trends, only enhancing what’s already beautifully yours.

My signature treatments include advanced laser hair removal for smooth, long-lasting results with minimal discomfort, alongside skin treatments designed to improve overall skin clarity.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

We also offer flexible payment plans to help spread the cost of treatments. Please ask during your consultation for more information.

Booking & Refund Policy

All booking fees and treatment payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule your booking up to two times within an 8-week period, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.

Booking fees are:

• £50 for treatments up to £300
• £100 for treatments over £300

Booking fees are required for every appointment, regardless of previous visits to the clinic. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rebooked without fees incurred.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment will incur a £50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged at the full value of the appointment.
