Our clinic is conveniently located right next to Norwood Junction Station, making us easily accessible by public transport. We are approximately a 4-minute walk from the station.

We want your visit to be as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, whether you are joining us for the first time or returning for another treatment.

Appointment arrival information:

To ensure every client receives their allocated treatment time without disruption, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time.

Please be aware that our team may be attending to another client immediately before your appointment. For this reason, we may not be able to answer the door or welcome you inside before your allocated time.

If the door is closed when you arrive at your appointment time, please ring the buzzer that shows Serenity Clinic and a member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Late arrivals:

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you are running behind schedule, please notify us as soon as possible so that we are aware.

However, please be advised that clients arriving 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will unfortunately be unable to receive their full treatment. This is to ensure that our next client’s appointment is not delayed and that everyone receives their full allocated treatment time.

We appreciate your understanding and consideration.

Cancellation policy:

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited. Unfortunately, the missed appointment cannot be rescheduled or carried forward.

We appreciate that circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly, but this policy allows us to manage our diary fairly and offer appointment availability to other clients.

Refund policy:

Please be advised that all payments are strictly non-refundable.

Where applicable, unused treatment courses may be transferred to another individual or exchanged for a clinic voucher, subject to agreement with the clinic.

We encourage all clients to ensure they are happy with their chosen treatments and arrangements before making payment.
