The process begins with a deep clarifying cleanse to remove product build-up, oils and impurities from the hair. The hair is then blow-dried, sectioned and the keratin treatment is carefully applied. There is a 10-minute grace period if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on the service booked and the appointments scheduled after you.
