If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and any deposit paid will be forfeited. For appointments that have been prepaid in full through Treatwell, the full payment will be retained.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will also result in the loss of any deposit paid, or the full treatment cost if the appointment was prepaid via Treatwell.

Clients who book without paying a deposit and fail to attend their appointment will be required to pay a missed appointment fee before any future bookings can be accepted.

All consultation and medical consent forms for injectable treatments must be completed before your appointment. These forms are required to assess your suitability for treatment and ensure it is safe to proceed.

Failure to complete the required forms before your appointment may result in your appointment being cancelled. If your appointment is cancelled due to incomplete paperwork, any deposit or pre-payment may be non-refundable in line with the booking policy.
