Every treatment is tailored to you and what your body needs on the day. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all routine or decide what you should have. We’ll talk at the start, work out what you want from the session and go from there.

I book by the time slot rather than a fixed routine, giving us the flexibility to focus on what you need whether that means spending more time on a problem area, working more generally, or simply giving you some uninterrupted time to switch off.
