Michael is an ITEC-qualified massage therapist with over 20 years’ professional experience and a background in fitness and exercise. His work combines Western and traditional Thai massage techniques with assisted stretching and a rehabilitative approach to address muscle tension and pain, postural imbalances, reduced mobility, and recovery following surgery. Treatments are designed to complement conventional medical care and support the demands of a long and active life.

Your first appointment includes a full consultation to discuss relevant health information, give consent, and make treatment goals, followed by 90 minutes massage/treatment. Afterwards, time is allowed to relax and freshen up, with practical advice, guidance, and simple home exercises offered where appropriate.

First consultation and 90-minute massage treatment: £150

Prepaid treatment packages (6 sessions)

All packages are booked at the same day and time each week or month.

• Twice weekly (over 3 weeks): £120 per session — £720
• Weekly (over 6 weeks): £125 per session — £750
• Fortnightly (over 12 weeks): £135 per session — £810
• Monthly (over 6 months): £145 per session — £870

All packages require advance payment and adherence to agreed time and cancellation terms.
