Barber Joint will begin the appointment with a 5 minute ‘clinical grade hygiene protocol’.

• The sanitisation of theirs and the customer’s hands
• The sanitisation of all equipment using anti-bacterial / viral wipes
• The covering of work surfaces
• Upon arrival and exit of the appointment, Barber Joint will thoroughly wash their hands.
• Barber Joint will wear disposable gloves during the service.
• At the end of a working day, Barber Joint will launder all gowns and towels.
• At the end of a working day, Barber Joint will thoroughly wash all tools and brushes

In addition, we also ask that our customers take measures to prevent the spreading of germs. This includes increasing washing your hands thoroughly and frequently, before and after your appointment.

We also ask that if you are ill or have been told to self-isolate, you do not attend any appointments - whether booked on Treatwell or not. Any appointments booked on Treatwell can be amended (up to 1 hour before) or cancelled (up to 24 hours before) at no charge.
