In certain circumstances, the value of the purchased treatment may be credited toward an alternative treatment. This is considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the clinic.

Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also result in the deposit being forfeited.

Not long after that, we found the increasing demand for our services, fuelled by the glowing recommendations of our regular clients, meant it was imperative we take on our own dedicated shop. This allowed us total freedom to create a premises that would be perfectly suited and equipped to foster the warm, welcoming and comfortable environment which from the genesis of ANC Beauty & Aesthetics, has been at the heart of what we do.

Our salon is typically open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday – but this is by appointment only. We find this approach gives our clients confidence, as they know they have a set date and time where they’ll be able to work with their aesthetician of choice; there’ll be no surprises or inconveniences, and you’ll be welcomed with open arms. For this reason, we urge you to contact us as early as possible to arrange appointments and consultations.
