Great massage, really helped with my back and neck pain. Very relaxing environment, felt totally at ease. Therapist was really lovely and welcoming and offered some really useful advice. Would definitely recommend.

I had an Indian head massage as my stress levels were causing insomnia, and it definitely helped – I relaxed and slept very well! The Indian head massage got right to the spot of the taught muscles and eased the tension. The therapist was also very knowledgable and gave me follow-on advice that didn't involve simply going back for another massage.
