Worker didn’t understand what I wanted despite showing pictures videos and explaining demonstrating how much I wanted to trim. I asked to leave the length as it is and to give me long layers. They assured me they understood. I left with half the length and very choppy layers. All my length is gone, my hair is so short and I can’t do anything with it because the layers are so bad.

First time here and really impressed. Great BIAB and pedicure. The technician was an absolute perfectionist and really took her time, and made sure to keep checking throughout I was happy.

I had a lovely massage by Nasi - she was very skilled and attentive. I plan to go back for another massage as I found it helpful.
Booked the treatment and when I turned up at the appointment time the salon was closed. Asked for a refund over a week ago and still not received it.
