I came in for a upper leg and bikini wax.
Everything was going fairly well until we the lady started doing upper leg. Close to the bikini line, she pulled the wax off really hard - it was incredibly painful, and some skin came of together with the hair.
I’ve been having waxing done for over 10 years and never had such an experience.
When I pointed out the bruise and the end of the treatment, the lady said it was a “reaction” to wax ( in just that one area on one leg for some reason) and told to reach out to them if it gets worse in 24 hours. It is a shame I can’t post a picture here of the “reaction” since it is the size of a £5 note. When I said that it was a bruise and it was very painful when she ripped that bit of, she blamed it on me saying I was being tense throughout the whole treatment.
Again, through all the years getting wax done I never had such an experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone since you get blamed for staff leaving massive bruises on you.
