Steph is lovely, this is the second time I’ve been back to her and she is great. Professional and friendly and super quick. Felt entirely comfortable throughout, and the other people in the salon are also consistently friendly and helpful. They all seem to know exactly what is going on - so when I arrived they knew who I was and that I was there to see Steph, even though Steph wasn’t at reception. Really friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend (and have done!)
